Docler Holding in PaperJam Magazine

This year NetLock, Synaptel, DoclerWeb, Dotroll and Brozie were present at Docler’s stand to host the interested attendees. At the presentations, organized roundtable discussions and workshops of the two-day professional conference, the participants networked with the representatives of the dominant telecommunications and information technology companies, as well as the country's commercial and public service media, major publishers and advertising agencies. In addition to networking and information gathering, the conference provided our companies with an excellent opportunity to present their business at the event with the participation of over one thousand persons, and familiarize with the international trends of the infocommunications sector.

The Docler Group participated in the eleventh Internet Hungary conference at Siófok. This was the third time that five of our companies represented our group at the event now themed as “The Guys from the Data Mine”.

The hotel built in 1989 is standing on a wonderful, forest-covered mountaintop (Sváb Mountain) with the best views toward the capitol, Budapest. The area had once been the favorite strolling place for many local artists during the last century, and Rose Klein performed a Bellini's aria from “Norma” under one of the several-hundred-year-old beech trees here, hence the name Normafa (Norma Wood).Only about 15 minutes from the center of the city, yet in crystal clear air and surrounded by mountains, stands the alpine-styled building complex of Hotel Normafa. The complex is comprised by two separate structures and bordered by three hectares of old growth forest park.

The hotel has always been a favorite destination for many foreign and domestic tourists and provided a home to several high ranking corporate events and family gatherings. Docler Holding will continue to operate Hotel Normafa in its original format but will also take advantage of the picturesque surroundings for team building programs and larger company functions.

The real estate portfolio of Docler Holding has grown with another investment. Besides its purpose-built office complex and soon-to-be finished luxury department store on Andrássy Way, the Holding has recently purchased Hotel Normafa.

Docler Portfolio Gained a Hotel

Among the several dozen candidates for the architectural award funded by the commercial real estate portal, ingatlan.hu, seven entries entered for the "greenest" category. Judging by decision reached by popular voting and an expert jury, our building can rightly be honored for its work conditions provided and green spaces offered. On the Gala Award of Jan. 25, the expert jury specifically mentioned the building's surroundings and its unique architectural solutions. The office building of Docler, with its 6500m2 green space provides quality work conditions, as well as the possibility of relaxation after work for more than 600 employees. The building with its stunningly elegant exterior, pure minimalist colors and design provide boundless energy and dynamism to the workers in their daily creativity.

The building of Docler won the "Greenest Office Building of 2011" award.

Since the number and role of the web stores has significantly increased in the past years, a large proportion of them only plan the implementation of bank card acceptance easing the process of purchase. The extensive research was prepared by Escalion Hungary Kft., a developer and operator of web payment services, together with Webshop-Experts Kft., a recognized developer of web stores. The research aimed to realize the real needs of the domestic e-merchants, as well as their opinion regarding online payment solutions. The survey was based on 403 feedback reports.

The results of the research appropriately demonstrated the special situation of the domestic e-commerce sector. On the whole, it can be stated that the players of the domestic web-based market are discontented with the possibilities offered by the currently available providers. The surveys based on questioning customers and consumers show that, although the fear of fraud decreases year by year, but it still constitutes restraint for the web use of bank cards.

Between March 22-24, Gravity participated in London’s IPTV World Forum. This expo is one of the most significant cable television/IPTV events in the world with over 200 presenters and 10,000 participants.

Gravity had its own stand and demonstrated how it increased revenue for clients in various sectors like mobile television, cable, and internet.
